Savory Chicken Philly Sliders combine tender, marinated chicken with melted cheese and vibrant sautéed peppers, making them a must-have for game day gatherings or cozy family dinners.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced (red, green, or yellow)
  • 1 cup provolone cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 slider buns

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet.
  4. Season the vegetables with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; sauté until softened.
  5. Cut the chicken breasts into thin, bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.
  7. Once cooked, stir in the shredded provolone cheese until melted and combined with the chicken and vegetables.
  8. Remove from heat and assemble the sliders on the buns.
  9. Transfer the assembled sliders to a baking dish and place them in the preheated oven.
  10. Bake for about 5-7 minutes or until the buns are lightly toasted.
