Cut the chicken breasts into thin, bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.
Once cooked, stir in the shredded provolone cheese until melted and combined with the chicken and vegetables.
Remove from heat and assemble the sliders on the buns.
Transfer the assembled sliders to a baking dish and place them in the preheated oven.
Bake for about 5-7 minutes or until the buns are lightly toasted.
