Unroll the biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces.
Flatten each biscuit round in the palm of your hand.
Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture into the center of each flattened biscuit round.
Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
Place the sealed bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
