Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Bamboo skewers soaked in water

Method
 

  1. Soak the bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Add the cubed chicken breast to the marinade and let it sit for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  7. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
