Deliciously Cheesy Zucchini Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups zucchini grated
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the zucchini by grating it and squeezing out excess moisture.
  3. In a bowl, combine the grated zucchini, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top of the casserole.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
