Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb flank steak sliced thinly
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced (any color)
  • 2 cups cooked pasta like elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups provolone cheese shredded
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet.
  4. Incorporate the sliced flank steak into the skillet.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Stir in the cooked pasta and beef broth.
