Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken breast diced
  • 12 ounces cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the diced chicken breast.
  2. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. Prepare the tortellini according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring continuously.
  6. Add the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
  7. Mix in the cooked tortellini and broccoli into the sauce, stirring gently to coat.
